Below you’ll find: a meditation, ritual, a tarot spread, journal entries, and replay of the ceremony.

Ostara marks the earth's reawakening after the winter hibernation. It symbolizes fertility, growth, and rejuvenation. Eggs, rabbits, flowers, and the increasing light are traditional symbols of Ostara, representing fertility, abundance, and the revival of life in nature.

To celebrate and honor this rebirth of nature, we will be connecting the symbolism of Ostara with our creativity. To begin, we ground ourselves with a meditation that celebrates Spring’s arrival as well as tapping into the creative potential we hold. Then we get into flow and a higher vibration while we sing and sway to the song, “Here Comes the Sun,” by The Beatles. Following we will begin ceremony, for which you will need the following:

Materials:

  • Incense

  • Candles

  • Tarot

  • Journal

  • Optional: soil, water, feather, candle

For the ceremony, you will write your creative aspirations, manifestations, intentions, what you wish to grow and bring to blossom this season in your journal and then we will empower the manifestations with the energies of the elements. After, we will do an Ostara Tarot Spread focusing on embracing new beginnings and growth.
